Snoring baby - is this a concern?

My ten month old son has been snoring a lot for the last month or so. I know that I have heard that when adults snore it can mean something like sleep apnea. Is this a concern for babies? Is this something worth seeing the doctor about, or is it ok? I do wonder if he could have pollen allergies stuffing up his sinuses and causing the snoring; he has eczema and I have read that kids with eczema are more likely to have other allergies. I just can't decide whether it's no big deal since he seems fine otherwise, or whether the snoring is a symptom of something else and should be checked out. TIA!

Yes, babies can have sleep apnea and it can be harmful for their development. It probably is just a cold or allergies, but definitely you should check with the doctor if you aren't 100% sure. Good catch!

My dd snores very loudly and has constant drainage from her nose. She can't move any air through her nose and has episodes of sleep apnea. Turns out her tonsils and adenoids are HUGE. She's having surgery soon to remove them. We're hoping this will help her.
