This time I can honestly say I didn't feel regular movement until 25 weeks and that was with two in there. It had me so freaked out! Up until about 30 weeks they couldn't even get my daughter's heartbeat with a handheld Doppler because she is right behind her placenta. And still (now 33 weeks) I don't feel my son as much as my daughter due to his placement. I know how hard it is not to worry because like I said I was so freaked out something was wrong. But from my experience there is a huge difference in feeling movement when the placenta is anterior.

I am pg w/twins and can totally relate to this post. They say one of the *signs* of a multiple pg is lots of movement. I think I was close to 23 wks before I felt much. My placenta is just off center (to the right) of my belly. Baby B is on the right and I feel SO much LESS movement w/that baby compared to Baby A. It is very disconcerting.
I also had an AP w/ baby #5. Can't remember when I started feeling movement, but it was really late, considering I usually feel stuff around 10 wks. Movement is such an easy judgement of well-being that not feeling so much really freaks you out. I think you have to figure out what is normal for this pg, and then when you feel less than that, then it's time to be concerned.

I'll echo what everyone else has said/ I'm pg with twins and have an anterior placenta this time around after 2 pregnancies with posterior placentas. The movements are so subtle. I usually feel movement very early (like 10 weeks) so this has definitely been disconcerting. I'd really love to feel a few good kicks!
