Hair test results - please help me read these! - Page 2

The silsby multi with B's looks good (be warned, taste is a lot less nice with B's added). It's quite high B's - you might do something like blend 1/2 with the B's in, 1/2 with the B's out - so you get lots of minerals, not quite that many B's, and not quite as yucky taste.

mamafish - you are genius on the 1/2 of each idea....I had forgotten that bs taste bad. That's probably why it's been easy for me to get these down him! I will try to call right now to ask about their sources for C and E. Also, I posted this on another thread but do you all have any opinions on the revitapop?

http://www.revitapop.com/

or have another fav source of B12?

Okay, right on the multi it says vitamin C (cassava source) and vitamin E (as vitamin E Succinate.

It says at the bottom this product does not contain gluten, casein, corn, sugar, soy, milk, egg, yeast, preseratives, artificial colors, or flavors.

Still going to call, on hold actually.

Okay, they were really nice on the phone but said to call tomorrow because their "scientist" isn't in today and we can double check with him. She said there definitely isn't any corn, it's succinate.

And the multi I'm talking about is this:

They also have others, ones with bs, and as we were saying, the bs are high in those.

C as cassava source is great - for E, you're trying to rule out soy source.

The lollipops look yumm - my DS can't do fruit flavors/juices in any quantity, but go for it - every kid should have at least one yummy supp, LOL...

That's a bummer mamafish. Maybe we'll give them a try, I could even use it as an incentive for getting dressed every morning or something. He loves his "fish balls", makes that supp SO much easier!
