snacks for adrenal fatigue

I'm starting to think about what to have on hand for snacks for myself and my support when I go into labor. My midwife has mentioned in passing that she's prone to adrenal fatigue what with odd hours and such. Any suggestions for snacks that would be good to keep on hand for her? I plan on asking her if she has any preferences but thought I'd run it by you guys as well.

Thanks!

Oranges, bananas, strawberries...
Broccoli, celery, carrots with some yogurt dip...
Almonds, hard boiled eggs, peanut butter & apple slices.

Maybe have some green smoothie made up. Vitamin C and B's are what I would try to focus on.

Also, if your labor is long and she gets there in the earlier stages, she should feel comfortable taking a nap. My midwife had a nice nap on my couch before I went into transition and it was such a blessing because we did have to go to the hospital after the birth for perineal repair surgery. Other than that nap, she was up and working for over 24 hours. Very long work day!

For me, easy stuff I kept on hand (as someone with adrenal issues, not a midwife) would be stuff like meatballs, drumsticks, and nuts. I needed a solid protein source, some fat and some carb. So add a piece of fruit to any of the above and I'd be good to go.
