Not sure if I should post this here or in fertility, but ... got my first AF in 5 years, lol. Anyway, my milk supply is crazy. DD is only 10 months and not eating solids yet. Yesterday she cried and cried, my milk was almost non-existent. Today it's a little better. The day before AF, I had massive oversupply. Is it ok to assume that my supply will normalize when AF is over? Any suggestions in the meantime?
