Best Baby Food Book

Looking for recommendations for baby food books, making homemade baby food, nutrition, etc. TIA

Honestly, I spent a few hours researching books and buying little trays to freeze my own but when it came down to it, I found it was easier just to give my daughter bits of whatever I was eating. I'd either mash it with a fork or cut it into strips she could hold or something. So, if I was having steak and veggies one night, I would cut steak into thin strips she could gum and then I would mash up a little sweet potato with a fork and just chop up some broccoli with the fork too. She never ate purees. If you're eating a balanced diet and still nursing, your baby will be well nourished too.

I agree with Blueridgewoman and took the same approach. I had plans of making all sorts things to keep in the freezer but then I read this book-

Child of Mine, Feeding with Love and Good Sense http://www.ellynsatter.com/commerce/...t.jsp?prodId=2

and talked to moms that all basically fed their BF kids right off their own plates.
