Hi All,

Prior to the birth of my DS my cycles were 26-27 days *always*. After DS I got my first PPAF @ 9 months out. First few cycles were fairly long and irregular, so I just went with the flow, so to speak. They regulated after 4 months or so back to 26 days consistently - I wasn't charting though, some may have been different, but I don't remember. I started charting in Sept. of 2009 a full year after my first PPAF and since then my cycle has shortened! Now it's consistently 25 days and 2 cycles it was only 22 days!! I do have a consistent 13 day LP without fail, I just ovulate between CD 8 and CD 12.

I am currently 32 (will turn 33 June 1) and we were planning on TTC #2 in July of this year. Now we are going to push that back 6 months due to finances (we will be debt free in July 2011) and a wedding we will have to travel to attand (I'm a bridesmaid). I am totally comfortable with this decision unless there may be a fertility issue.

My questions are, are the shortened cycles a sign of anything, or just a regular early 30s change that won't mean too much to my fertility, and is there anything I can do to support a longer follicular phase? I intend to start dosing with RRL and red clover - is there anything else I should do to encourage egg health and viability.

I do also want a third and as the women in my family (grandmother, mother, sister) have easily conceived in their late 30s/early 40s I am probably OK, but still worried

Thanks in advance!!
