Dealing with adhesion's in a circ'd penis

A friend of mine circ'd her baby boy, now at 19 mo he is still having lots of trouble with adhesion's. Are there any links or articles out there I can forward her on how to care for them? The little guy is developing all this scar tissue now too.

A side note, even with all these issues, she will still circ her next boy if that is what she has!?! I tried to talk her out of it, but he husband wanted it so they will look the same, yeah that excuse.

Make sure she is keeping the area lubricated with something like Aquaphor or A&D. That will keep the skin from sticking together. She has to pull the skin all the way back, preferably after a bath, and put a ring of aquaphor around the base of the head (on patted dry skin) while the skin is pulled back and then release it. This will keep it from going back together.

We've BTDT, so I know how this goes. She'll just have to keep on checking it until he gets bigger.
