egg question- reintroducing

hi! trying to reintroduce things... i ate two eggs sunday. no reaction as of tuesday, and dd's reactions tend to be rapid.

question 1- can someone be reactive to chicken but not eggs?

so... is it safe to say eggs are ok, did i not eat enough, or is it possible that she's outgrowing reactions/sensitivities/allergies at 5 months old? she hasn't reacted to anything but tomatoes and chicken so far, but the reactions were much, much less severe, and in the case of chicken, it was after several days of leftovers, and then it was just a slight breakout, no bad poop or stomach ache-related crying.
any advice/thoughts? i'm pretty excited about adding eggs, but don't want to... count those chickens... (had to, had to, sorry.)

My DS is sensitive to both chicken and eggs, but it seems like it is possible to have one but not the other (though it seems like they'd be the same thing, doesn't it?). I'd wait 2 more days before declaring it safe (we always wait 4 days, just in case of a delayed reaction).

Also, the issue for some people with eggs is that it is a high sulfur food, and they can't tolerate too much sulfur - so some eggs are OK, too many eggs aren't. If you see a reaction after eating eggs for a bit, supping molybdenum can help handle the sulfur.

Yes, you can be reactive to one but not the other.

For an official trial, I would recommend eating eggs every day for at least 4-5 days in a row (rather than just one time and calling it a pass.) Sometimes its a build-up reaction that you won't see immediately.
