Creme Fraiche has oily orange grease like spots

I took a pint of cream off the top of a recently thawed gallon of raw milk. When I took the cream off it was sort of thick in some spot and not in other, I figured it was just from being frozen and once I stirred it it was nice and smooth. I mixed this cream with a Tbsp of raw buttermilk and it has now been 24 hours. It is not very thick and has orange grease spots like melted butter on the top of it. Is it good to eat or what?????

orange or pink is bad when fermenting dairy. I'd toss it.

I agree with Cristeen--you'll need to toss it. Mold is generally a sign of contamination and it can be as simple as some soap or food residue the dishwasher missed.
