Does anyone know if will extend only the LP or does it lengthen the amount of time pre-O as well?

I can't seem to find this info anywhere.

It depends on the cause of your LP length being short. It may not even help that if that is not your particular problem.

B6 seems to work for nursing mothers (or people with high prolactin) by reducing the prolactin levels. High prolactin seems to combat progesterone and low progesterone can cause a short LP. I've never head of B6 working for women with low progesterone, outside of these circumstances but it might. I take 200mg a day and it at times seems to lengthen my LP, it does not cause me to ovulate earlier. i also take maca which I think helps regulate my cycles.
