I don't know if this is the right fourm, but I think so...

My milk filled breasts are pulling on my back in a way that is really painful.

I have a few nursing tanks and some pretty supportive bras, but they are not helping very much.

Do any of you have any suggestions for support or exercises that I can do to strengthen my back and help those muscles support these udders. It's like a burning pulling sensation and I don't want to have to reach for painkillers, but if this keeps up, I won't have a choice.
