Spider models/replicas?

Hey - DD1 is doing a project for our local ecology center. It's on anything she wants, and she chose spiders (big surprise). Ideally, we'd like to use some "toy" spiders that look like the real thing. However, I'm either really bad at google or they just aren't out there. The only realistic looking ones I can find are all tarantulas. That's fine. We do want a tarantula. But, we'd also like a few other kinds (a typical - for our area, at least - garden spider, a black widow, a funnelweb and one other one, but I'll have to look up its name). Does anybody have any suggestions for finding these things?

i had a science supply store that gives homeschooler discounts bookmarked but i cant find it now. if you try looking thru supply stores you might find more models?

Thank you! Those are both great. Now, if I can find a garden spider, we're good to go.

Here are some replicas that you can order a DVD for and make out of paper as a 3-D replica. It has all the spiders that you are looking for:

Oh - those are cool. I don't think they'd quite work for this (the funnelweb, in particular - we want it up in its "strike" position), but I'm going to bookmark that site. Those are awesome, and I'm sure we'll use them for other things....maybe even for spiders, just not for this particular project.

Thanks!
