found something great

www.criticalthinking.com. I wish I would have seen this before I purchased all of my materials for fall. I am going to get some of this anyway. The paper catalog gives great descriptions. I like the catalog better than the website.

We've been using CTC for 5 years and absolutely LOVE IT! My daughter loves it too. She's actually used the math books in the car as her driving activity for fun!!!

We have quite a bit of TCT Co stuff, and bought the core pre-K program for my now-6yo when he was 3. Some of it I liked (at that level), and some not so much, but it all depends on your child's abilities. The beginning logic and some of the math was good, but the reading and writing were very, very youngish.

I do like their older kid stuff quite a lot and we use it as reinforcement for many subjects. Mind Benders and the Red Herring Mysteries are excellent!

love, p
