Hollytheteacher- well i was nursing DD when I conceived DS last time. I had basically no symptoms at all except a few days before I found out, I was sure I had a uti. I even bought an at-home- UTI detection kit, which kept coming up -. I was sure I wasn't pg and was so disappointed, kept getting BFNs. Surprise! So to sum up, no nipple pain whatsoever that I took note of at the time.
Finnegan'smom- speaking of BFNs. I know, right? It's better to even have an evap than nothing. Except last month I had this pink squinter on an IC that got my hopes sky high. I spent a whole day thinking I was pg and had all these symptoms. Only BFNs after that, all my symptoms disappeared in a day or two and AF arrived on time. I was soooo bummed. I think I may think twice over wishing for any evaps from now on! It is cool to see a line- any line! but not to have that much false hope.
kalamos- likewise I am sorry for your losses. I have a 17 month old DS, does that count as older or younger toddler? Yes he nurses still at night and co-sleeps. I do barely sleep some nights, but found temping with a glass basal to be the most accurate regardless of sleep. For me, anyway.

AM Boring just waiting to finish AF on CD4 here. No fun, really. I am considering not even testing anymore, just waiting to see if my temps stay up for like 9 months... well, at least 18 days. Maybe 15, that would be 3 days past my top LP. No wait, maybe if temp is still up on 12dpo... Or I could test on 11dpo, that's when I got a BFP with my son. Hey, 10dpo should be accurate for those 5-6 day before your period tests, right?
LOL! Well now you know my train of thinking. Who knows what I'll do, but won't read too much into any one squinter from here on. At the very least, though, I am going to wait longer to test, cause it's just going to be BFN for sure before 10-11 dpo. It has always been so for me. And why do that to me. In fact, I feel the burn so bad right now from last month, I am sorely tempted to just see if my temps stay up past 11 days and test if so... Whatever. I'll figure it out. Hmm, maybe this post belongs in the test and obsess forum... Hehe.
I'm so depressed about it, I was hoping this month would be our month. Hang in there, it's not over until it's over, right? 
- also, can you get pregnant BEFORE you ever get a period ? i hardly got periods at all in the first place - any good suggestions? the dr of course says to wean my kid, much easier said than done. i have had 2 friends get pregnant while bf!
