ahhh hi ladies!! sorry I've been MIA! we've been ridiculously busy lately. Things are going well for us. We did bloodwork at my OBGYN last Thursday and I still haven't heard back so I'm going to call tomorrow. She checked Thyroid (again), testosterone, and prolactin levels to find out if there's a cause for my unusually long cycles that appeared out of nowhere... However, they have been getting shorter lately. I went from 46 days, to 42, to 35 this last cycle!! I've lost a few lbs which I'm hoping is the cure! We will be actively ttc'ing again in just over a month! My son turns one May 6th and at that point we have clearance from the midwife to BD like rabbits. (haha Happy Easter everyone. lol sorry I had to!!) This will increase my chances for a VBA2C! anyway, hope everyone's doing well. I just finished a class that I normally had on Mondays and Wednesdays so hopefully I'll find time to get on here more now! Have a great week everyone!!!

Hey ladies!

Alriiiighty.. I'm spotting and cramping, I could be anywhere between 8-13DPO. I'm testing tomorrow morning. My temp is still up, so I'm really hoping this is because my hubby and I had some.. rigorous boinking and not because of AF. Horray delusion!

Otherwise, the next try will be my second cycle trying and my second cycle off birth control.

Might as well get the thread started with some baby dust...

I got a BFP this morning!!!!!!
MrsM - I came *thisclose* to replying with a congratulations, then realized it was April Fool's Day, and wondered if you were pulling our leg, since I don't believe anything I read on the Internet April 1...

And then I clicked over to your chart! 17DPO temps still way up! BFP! Congratulations! Way to kick us off this month!

(Unless you're also tricking us with your chart, too, in which case I applaud you for your thoroughness )

Erica, good to have you back! Can't wait to hear your test results and glad your cycles have shortened! Whoo hoo! Nice bunny reference too lol

Spin, Sunday can't get here fast enough for me, even though it is only 9 dpo, but I'll be testing

LOL @ Jo!!! MrsM, I really, really hope this isn't an April Fool's joke! I'm busting out some anyway just in case
post #8 of 312
Hoeful and Law - DH asked the same thing ("Could the test be defective as an April Fools joke?") So I took another test. Now I've got two dark pink lines and a digital that says pregnant!!

I found out I'm pregnant on 4/1, and I just made my first apt with my midwife for the 13th of April. This kid is definitely going to have a sense of humor...

Yay! Then . SOOOOO happy for you! Way to start us off right! Can you send some of that baby dust this way?

So you got your BFP at 17 dpo...if you don't mind me asking, when did you start testing and how long is your usual LP?

Can I join you ladies?

Monday Check-In:
Name: Aly
Date: 4/1/10
Chart: not charting
Where are you in your cycle: Cd 17, AKA: O-day!
Appointments: April 7 for my annual, but nothing fun there.
Symptoms if they apply: None.
Testing: Just finished my OPK's so unless AF doesn't show on the 13th, I won't be testing.
Thoughts: Well DH and I got into a spat last night so we didn't BD. There is always tonight but I don't have alot of hope it will work this cycle.

Oh and I forgot to add, I am 29 and TTC #2

I was wondering if we'd get a bfp today. Congratulations!!!!! I think it's kinda cool that you found out on April Fool's day.

I'll be on later to update the list. Welcome Aly. I hope your stay is short.

CONGRATS DIVINE!!!!

AFM- I just got internet back after MOVING INTO OUR HOUSE!!! Yay now all we need to do is unpack
post #14 of 312
Congrats Krys! Glad you're all hooked up with us here

Sooooooo it is probably the excitement for MrsM, but I'm thinking... my longest LP has been 13 days (last cycle was 12 I think), and I have the FRER that can possibly detect pregnancy 6 days before missed AF, I *could* start testing on Saturday at 8dpo. SMH! I'm hopeless!!! I need an intervention! Lol I really think I have an obsession with peeing on things! Maybe I should go buy some OPKs and satisfy myself peeing on those...they are cheaper at least! (Yeah right, I'll probably just go buy another FRER 3 pack tomorrow just so I can have enough tests on hand to test through missed AF, if necessary )

Congrats Mrs. M!!!!!

Welcome Aly, I hope your stay here is short!

Thank you! Now I could use some sticky dust!!

Sweetmama - congrats on the house. Our RE agent said houses were fertility bombs... hopefully yours is packed with baby dust!

Law - I wasn't sure when I o'd this month. FF was convinced that it happened on CD 9, which is WAY early for me. I wasn't so sure. I'm not a POAS fan (too many BFNs in prior months) so I wanted to wait awhile to be sure. My LP usually ranges from 13-14 days.

congrats MRS on your BFP.

AFM- I just got AF a whopping 11 days late! I have a pretty predictable cycle too. Murphy's Law I guess, since that was my first mo TTC. I am really excited and hopefull for this new cycle. DH and I have bben having a lot of fun with BDing! It's a lot better without the stress of prevention, KWIM?
