How to fit us all?

We are returning to bed sharing after a few months of our little one in her own crib for a few reasons. But, now that she's 1, mobile and often moving a good deal in the night our queen size mattress isn't cutting it. I know they make bassinets that you can pull up next to your bed, but they seem to have a fairly low weight capacity (around 23 lbs), she's not there yet, but it won't last us too long. Any suggestions?

Sidecar crib?

Push the crib up against the bed, removing or lowering the bed-side rail.

we have just recently put our kingsized mattress on the floor, with a full sized mattress next to it. So, basically our whole bedroom is mattresses on the floor. Sure its unconventional but the extra space to starfish is BLISS!
