tingling nipples at 40 + 2

I was just wondering if tingling nipples could indicate that something might be about to happen? Since stimulating the nipples produces oxytocin in the body and can make contractions stronger, I was just curious if tingling nipples could mean that oxytocin is naturally being released. Wondering if I could go into labor soon....

Anyone experience that before going into labor?

Well, it may or may not have had any correlation, but I'm in early labor right now!! contractions are 4-6 minutes apart lasting 30-60+ seconds. Mostly in my back. yikes
