1000 minute challenge APRIL! Everyone welcome!

Hi! Let's get started on this month What are your goals?

I'm in for 2000, optimistic but I have a lot of long runs planned for the month so I think I can do it

4/1 - 81 min run, 10 min walk, 10 min strength

Got reaaaaally lazy about tracking my minutes in April and most likely didn’t hit my 1200! I need to get back on track and have this to motivate me, so, I’m in for April for 1200!

4/1- 30 minutes arc trainer, 30 minutes strength, 30 minutes elliptical.

I'm trying to get back into the exercise groove. I will aim for 1000 miinutes to get me started.

1/4 -30 minutes walking home from work
1/4 -60 minutes spinning class (oh my poor bum)

ashcav - based on your totals from last month - you can totally do it!

I'm in for 1500 again. I just simply took too many days off last month and then do long workouts to make up for it. I know the error of my ways and I'm determined to break 1500!

4/1 - 30 minutes yard work digging planting
4/2 - 70 minute hill work out, bleachers and 2 mile warm up

my baby is over 3mo and I need to get back in shape! My LO is high needs, so it's a challenge getting my needs met too........

goal: 500 minutes+

4/3- 30m babywearing walk
4/4- 12m wii fit yoga/arobics
4/4- 15m wii your shape bikini ready workout

total: 57m
