sudden supply drop?

My ds is 10 monthes old and eats solids on a very regular basis, along with nursing on demand. The day before yesterday he started having VERY few wet diapers. We have not changed anything. That night he nursed, literally, the entire night (luckily we co-sleep). Since then I have been feeling letdown when he nurses, but he is still not having anywhere close to the normal amount of wet dipes. Any ideas?

I was going to say I wonder if AF is returning soon, but my drop is usually closer than that to the return of it. Like a day or 2 before I get it.

Are you eating and drinking like normal? Really stressed out?

Hope things continue to improve!

what if he is ready for pottying? maybe he has remembered that being wet is yucky (babies are born knowing that, we train them to forget by putting dipes on them). can you try offering him a little potty to use to see if he is just trying to keep himself clean and dry?
