Shortcake recipe, please

I'm wanting shortcake for Easter. Anyone have a gf/cf/egg free recipe to share? I don't have buckwheat, but I've got the other basic grains. Thanks!

I'm wanting more of a cakey shortcake rather than biscuit, if that helps. I want it to look good as my IL's all think we're so deprived and I'd like them to wish they could have some, lol.

I have one from the book allergen free baking, but it is biscuit like according to the description (haven't made it yet)

also have a recipe for vegan whipped cream if you need one.
