Yep, I would. I've used a glass starbucks frappacino bottle that I'd washed out when I was in a pinch once as well. It had a wider top to pour into.

Probably not for a baby under 3-4 mo. (We sterilized bottles till then.)

Otherwise, why not?

Yup, I would, I have brought mine home in one of the coffee cups with the lids (it was new, never been used) lol. But even if it had and it was that or waste it I'd wash it out and use it.
