I feel like spoiling myself

I'm about three weeks away from Baby #5 and I feel like totally and completely pampering myself after the birth. I'm having a homebirth (my second) and I'm not planning on leaving my bed for at least two days! I know the sooner I get back into the action, the sooner my husband will get back to his job...so yes, I'm planning on making this last as long as possible I even went as far as to threaten a planned C-section just so I could have those 10 days of bed rest while the incision heals!

Yes, I'm working too hard now. Four kids under age 8, baseball practice, cub scouts, youth group, homeschool, 30 chickens, a dog, two cats, and a live-in FIL that has such poor health he can't clean up after himself.

So. Have you bought anything for yourself? Products, books, that sort? Special tasty snacks? Anything that you can't possibly ever have another birth without?

I live in the UK so we don't get them here - but a friend has sent me a flat rate box full of girl scout cookies! (mostly the somosas - my fav!) lmao - That is my 'after baby' treat to spoil myself with!

That's great! I hope I have the sense to stay in bed for a few days this time. My mom will stay with us for a while, so DH will some help with DD and taking care of me so that I can truly relax and bond with the baby. My other special "treat" to myself is to have a lactation consultant come camp out with me the first day I'm home and any times I need her after that. I had severe bfing problems with my first. I'm also having my placenta encapsulated and plan on having lots of helpful teas and supplements around. Basically, I'm trying to avoid all of the bad emotional stuff that happened after my first baby. I feel so guilty that this one will get a much better momma, but no need for her to suffer, too.
