Flax Oil - What to buy?

What is the best/better brand of Flax oil? Are there any that I should avoid?

do you need the oil specifically for a recipe? i usually just buy whole flax and grind it myself as needed, since the oils in the flax are susceptible to rancidity. i use a small 2 cup capacity food processor for this, but you can also use a dedicated coffee grinder. if you need the oil it's self, i don't have any specific brand recommendations but something cold pressed...our hfs has flax oil that they keep in the refrigerated section, and if i were to get some that's probably what i'd go with. sorry if that's not very helpful. lol.

Yeah, I grind up flax seeds to put in our food. But need the oil for a health related issue. I was asking about particular brands because I've seen a several. We have Barlean's, but I remember their CLO was not the best so I thought the same might apply to their Flax oil. I've also seen Nature's Way and it seemed just as good for a better price. But I wasn't sure so I was asking for suggestions. AFAIK, the Barlean's is cold-pressed.
