So my 3 year is sleeping in her own bed before my 7 year. 
DD1 will sleep alone as long as she is in one parent's room if forced to (like last week when I was gone on a business trip and DH didn't have the bed space for her to sleep with him) but hates it. Every single night she ends up in my bed with the baby and I. DH is gone on a trip now and DD2 slept all night in one of the bunk beds up in my room. I had tried it last weekend before I left when DH was gone again, (DD2 sleeps with him) she slept half the night and then crawled in my bed. This morning she requested that I move the bunk beds downstairs to the other bedroom because that was HER bed from now now.
