What will you do with a bunch of hardboiled eggs?

Just peel them and eat them?

Turn them into sandwiches?

Something else?

My MIL makes goldenrod eggs: a white gravy (roux), chopped egg whites stirred in, ladled over buttered toast, chopped egg yolks sprinkled over the top. Very tasty, but more work than I'm willing to do.

We only colored 18 eggs so those will go quick. We will make egg salad, deviled eggs, and slice onto salads. Plus give a couple to grandparents.

Deviled eggs...egg salad and feed some back to the chickens. We colored 6 dozen...so the chickens will be getting quite a few

we eat them streight, make deviles eggs, often do creamed egg on toast (white sauce, chopped eggs, over toast)

Same thing, we mostly make deviled eggs, sometimes goldenrod eggs, but mostly my girls will just eat them as plain boiled eggs for a few days. We only colored 18 so it's not a lot to go through, and actually it's only 16 because I used two of the colored eggs to make these cute Easter bread "dolls" for the kids' breakfast tomorrow.

We only did a dozen so it's not that much to eat. I'll make egg salad w/ 6 and deviled eggs w/ the other six.

I had thought of making the first potato salad of the season but the way that they are eating the eggs, there won't be any left. We dyed a dozen on Friday and there are now only 4 left. I need at least 6 for potato salad.

Deviled eggs here too. We made 2 dozen, ate two this morning, the rest will be deviled eggs to take to a friends house for dinner tonight.

We have tons.

I've made a bunch of egg salad, we'll eat alot just plain and we'll be eating alot of salads with chopped eggs in them.

Mmmm deviled eggs. We usually eat them straight with a bit of salt.

I eat them for breakfast - a thickly sliced egg (3 slices from one egg), on a buttered English muffin with a little bit of sliced cheese. Yum. It travels well so I can eat it in the car without a huge mess.

Deviled eggs here. DS had a couple plain with his lunch first though.

Another vote for potato salad.

I'll peel and eat some of them. DS2 might eat one or two. Nobody else in this family likes hard-boiled eggs.

I'll devil a few, maybe 5 or 6

I guess I'll make egg salad with the rest. I'll eat it, and so will ds1. I don't know about the younger kids. It's not something I make very often.

We have 15, total. They'll go pretty quickly.

Deviled! Yum! I forgot about that.

Maybe I'll try to pack a salad with a couple of eggs for my daughter's lunch tomorrow.

I made a big potato salad with some, probably do egg salad for sandwiches later in the week. Haven't made them deviled lately, I might do that. I like them plain with salt and pepper. DD won't eat eggs, so it's up to me and dh. I think we had only a dozen to begin with (nana project and i wasn't there to count...)
