I had never heard of this until reading this thread. I made goldenrod eggs for brunch and now my DD has a new favorite meal!

Thanks so much, with a side of fresh fruit and yogurt, this is going into our rotation for Breakfast for Dinner night.

Oh good! Yes, I'm thinking I might do this for dinner tonight. I'm at a loss for ideas otherwise.

What if you don't actually like eggs at all? Let along hardboiled eggs?

Then what do you do with them? Besides feed them to the dog....

Store them till they're good and stinky and throw them at the crotchety old guy's house.
