Me too! That's one of the best parts in the article. That and how we shouldn't trust the Tolkien family to give an unbiased account of Mordor from the traveler's perspective.

No, Mordor is definitely not tops on my "places to visit in Middle Earth" list! The Shire tops that list; I could definitely see myself living there. But I'm torn between there and Rivendell as the place I'll retire to!
