Egg, soy and nut allergy - What to cook? (X-post)

My husband is a chef. He is going to doing a little cooking class with my four year old's preschool class in a couple of weeks. Normally coming up with what to make would be no problem, but one of the boys in the class is allergic to egg, soy and nut. Any ideas on a fun thing to make for preschoolers with those restrictions?

What would he normally make?

Pizza. Pasta dishes. Risotto.

Or is he looking for dessert ideas?

I'm not sure what he would normally make. Something fun that the kids would like to eat.

I'm just saying that he might just be able to make what he'd normally make with some minor variations.

Is there a time limit?
Does it have to be microwaveable or is there an oven? or crockpot?
Are kids supposed to help slice and dice and measure? or just watch?
what time of day? breakfast? lunch? snack?
