Tax Deduction?

Does anyone know if all these food expenses we incur for our babies with food intolerances/allergies are tax deductible?

I know that for a diagnosed Celiac, they are, but what about for other intolerances/allergies?

I read through it all last year and it was only celiac. It's special food cost OVER the regular food cost (so if normal loaf of bread costs $2, and gluten free bread is $3.50, only $1.50 is deductible). But you have to meet all the regular requirements, so your medical expenses need to be whatever percentage of your income (7.5% or something like that?), and only the amount OVER that is deductible. The year I was figuring it, we were like $500 short of the percentage.

Ceiliac?

Have your children been diagnosed with celiac?

My kids don't have celiac. They have gluten intolerance (me too).
