CM question - Page 2

hmm I don't know but I have that same cm you are talking about and it only started after having my first child. Before having a child i never had that long stringy whitish cm that stretches all the way down and you have to like disconnect it from yourself to get it in the toilet (LOL TMI IN MOST BOARDS BUT NOT THIS ONE RIGHT? HAHA)

I get it at the beginning and end of my cycle now for some reason. My ewcm is clearerish than the whiter thicker stretchy cm. But i don't really know why it is that way and honestly when I started getting it like that (my first pp af was when ds was 15 months old). I googled and googled trying to figure out what it was.

I also get long stringy periods now too so maybe they are connected as I have endometriosis (not diagnosed with surgery but with all the signs and symptoms matching up). so then i wondered if the two were related.

Holly - Yeah, I have a similar thing during AF too. Hmm.. hopefully I don't have endometriosis!

Are your periods really painful? Do you feel pain in other random places (ovaries, rectum, etc) during AF or other times in your cycle? Are you tall/thin? Are your periods heavy? Those are all questions that if you say yes too you might have endo.

Oh crap. Check, check, check, check, and um... check. Add to that we've been TTC for a year and a half with no luck.

deep breath there, i have been able to say yes to all of those at times of my life and i totally do not have endo in any way what so ever.
if you worry, talk to a doctor you trust to look into it. but may of us that are so wrapped up in the TTC world read the tea leaves too quick.

OH I also forgot to mention bowel changes....like if you have bouts of diarrhea and constipation going back and forth and changing over you cycle. I have a lot of that when I'm not on birth control (which also signifies it could be endo)

Or IBS, have you been checked?

Yeah it's not that (for me anyway) because the symptoms 100% go away when I'm on birth control (nuvaring) which kind of confirms it is endo...plus it's very cyclical like i could tell exactly when i'd have the constipation or dir. based on where i was in my cycle. it sucked.
