How descriptive! I'm sure its a bit uncomfortable to have four or five follies pop.
Good luck waiting!

Not much happening here. We got an offer on our house finally, but it sucked big time. Two more showings today and another tomorrow.

Anyone else still around? I went in yesterday at cd 9 and had an 18mm follie. We're doing our iui tomorrow morning. I might try and get in for an acupuncture appt afterwards. I did lots of acupuncture when I was ttc#2 but I've been reluctant this time. More than reluctant, I really , really haven't wanted to deal with the needles. But I might be getting over it.

im still here, good luck on ti IUI tomorrow, I'll be thinking fertile thoughts for you.

Im 6dpo and the waiting is the usual hell, more so since i feel like this cycle went so great and the hopes are way way high. im headed out of town from 8-15DPO so hopefully that will help pass the time

Adorkable your 2ww are hell - you've got the longest LP ever! Have fun on your trip. That's the good thing about ovulating early, my cycles go by quickly.

Tear hope you're doing well. I still can't believe you let dh change your password. I don't think I could do that.

I am so excited for you!! How many tests have you taken? Did you get your blood test back yet? Honestly this is just the best news!!!

Took two test yesterday (been taking one a day that were not pos yet as my chart shows) but then two yesterday, the second one was mostly so I could watch the line come up. I normally leave the room and set a timer so I don't over stress for 9 minutes. But I had to see it happen and make sure it wasn't a fluke, the second test come up cleanly at about 5.5 min
Tested again this morning and lines came up in 2 minutes or less and a clearly darker by far than yesterday.

Like I crazy lady I scrambled to get that blood test , almost missing an airline flight to it, then got so wrapped up in the getting to the airport that I did not call back in time to get results!!!! Like The dork I am I was waiting till I got to the airport since I didn't want to start crying again in the car or the freeway, probably a smart idea. So I actually have to wait till Monday for the blood numbers!

I know I'm preggo and a single set of numbers will not tell me anything more, but yikes

Any news on the blood test? Have you told dh yet?

Got my call back today, finally! My numbers looked great, 51 at 11DPO I was perusing the betabase.info website and it was on the high side of normal for a singleton pregnancy (smack in the center of average for twins!) I will get another done wed morning.

As for telling dh, I get home tomorrow night, I'm going to work really hard on not blurting it out and if I can make it thru the night I will get to have the whole next day while he is at work to scheme a good way to do it.

Doesn't he count days? Or do you think he's counting on your normally long cycle? I hope you come up with a great way to tell him. After all this time it will be so exciting. I think that is a great number for 11 dpo. In the past I was 24 at 12dpo.

I got my 8dpo post trigger bfn today. So now the really hard waiting starts!

Crashing sorry..

Adorkable!! I am still high off your bfp!

I wanted to tell you that when I got my BFP, I uploaded a picture and made it into a puzzle online.. and my dh put it together Just a thought!

ADORKABLE!!!!!!!!!! I've been EXPLODING to congratulate you! How are you feeling, hon?

Leslie, how about you? You're starting a new cycle, right? Let's take this one by storm together, ok? Four follicles each, and that's an order!

Oh daring tear, welcome back. Sorry about cd1

I'm feeling great, almost so great that I worry. But I took another preggo test today , (haven't since 12dpo if you can believe that!) and the test line was soooo much darker than the control line and so fast I thought they loaded the strip in the test backwards!!!! It's really funny it looks the same as my faint 12dpo if you hold it upside-down.

I don't get an u/s till June 14 and that is killing me, I really need to know how many are in there.

All the baby dust in the world for you girls and bring on the follies!!!!

Tear glad to see you back! Just not happy to see you on cd1. What's going on this cycle for you?

I'm cd4 and doing Femara again this month. Waiting until Monday to find out if my house is sold, for sure, for sure. If it is then we have to be moved in three weeks!!

Adorkable I remember that feeling of needing to know so badly. When we conceived dd2 I had two follies and was still freaked about it being twins. The u/s was at 7 weeks, baby measured 6 weeks. So I spent the next 4 weeks going crazy worrying that something was wrong until I heard the heartbeat. It may seem like a torturous wait, but 8 weeks really is better. I mean I saw a heartbeat at 6 weeks but that was it. Can't wait to hear all about it!

We have an ultrasound tomorrow morning and b/w to see what's going on in there. I'm nervous they'll find another cyst, which would mean another month of waiting. I felt a very hard, strange pinching a couple days ago that reminded me of implantation, but could have been cyst pain. It was on the left, and my follicle was on the right this month. I'm scared for tomorrow.

This might sound silly but...what does Femara do? It is a follicle stimulating hormone? How exciting and nerve-wracking about your house! Buying a first home was stressful enough. I imagine selling/buying at the same time is a nightmare. Good luck!

femara is very similar to clomid in that it encourages increased estrogen but with a different mechanism that work better in come women, and folks have said it has less or different s/e

i have not personally taken it, but i read a lot about the comparison when i wondered why they were putting me on one rather than the other.
