My PP menstration returned when ds (2nd baby) was 1 year old. He is now 16 months. I expereinced short cycles since then, except for the latest which happened to be back on track with the timing they were previous to ds. I've NEVER spotted before this week. EVER. My last period ended sunday march 28th and was of normal length and presentation. I wouldn't be due again for another 3 weeks. However, on Saturday (april 3rd) I noticed not long after waking that I was bleeding again. It was the dark, brown colored blood that usually happens at the beginning and end of my periods. However, I lost litte (enough that I needed a pad but not tampon) and it appeared to be done by the end of that day. Then today, not long after waking I began bleeding agian. Same, brown/rusty colored blood. I've continued to loose small amounts over the day. I'm having a bit a cramping here and there but nothing serious and a little belly upset.
I recently started going to the gym after long hiatus. I'd done similar routine in the past with no problems (even after having my daughter. baby #1) but, wonder if the exercise is causing the spotting. I'm not completely killing myself at the gym and if anything would expect to reduce bleeding. No new meds (just upped my vit D), very little chance of pregnancy (especially given the fact that my period just ended a week ago), no history of endo or cervical problems that would cause bleeding.
There has been no bright red blood with this spotting.
I'd call my doc but I just lost my primary care charity coverage on match 31st and don't have any options for insurance at this point.
Whats the deal?
