Wish it would find its way to the hospitals. Mine wasn't very supportive of breastfeeding as they tended to put the newborns into the nursery for a couple hours after birth. We got Olivia pretty quickly but I talked to Moms who weren't able to be with their babies for 6 or 8 hours. I only heard that after I had already given birth that this hospital does that a lot because of liability issues. It caught me so by surprise. I really hadn't expected that to happen at all!

I'm a breastfeeding mentor and the #1 thing that messes up my mentees is bad hospital practices. Grr!

At least the new bill is finally requiring employers to be more breast feeding friendly. You would think they would want to do that anyway as it would save them money by having employees use fewer sick days for sick kids!
