Security token invalid message

When I try to use the Quick Links and Mark Forums Read I get the following message:

Your submission could not be processed because a security token was invalid.

If this occurred unexpectedly, please inform the administrator and describe the action you performed before you received this error.
It started after the last maintenance.

You might need to delete your cookies and clear your cache. If that doesn't help then let me know

Just tried it and it didnt help. I will reboot later tonight and see if it helps.
