Quick! I need a recipe for eggs and cream

So I get all my raw dairy from a local farm and it is delivered in unlabeled containers save for a marker scribbled "C" for cream, "SC" for sour cream, "CC" for cottage cheese, etc.

Anyway, thinking it was cottage cheese, I pulled out a pint of lovely cream and dumped the entire amount into a bowl of 2 eggs I had just beaten for a recipe. Whoops! Does anyone have a recipe that calls for a pint of cream combined with 2 beaten eggs?

I know it seems like a simple question but my brain seems to be on vacation...

Custard!! You might want a couple extra eggs in there, but add some honey/maple and bake it off and you have a lovely dessert/high fat snack.

Yum! I've always wanted to try making a custard. Now I know what we're having for dessert! Thanks!

I love a happy accident. The custard came out great, especially with a few blackberries baked in each ramekin. I used the recipe from Nourishing Traditions. Thanks!
