I posted this in the pregnancy loss section, but wanted to get other ideas. Just a bit of background, I am currently TTC following a miscarriage in December and had a question about some very light bleeding I had last week.

I had my miscarriage back in December, at 12 weeks. Prior to getting pregnant, I ran 4-5 times per week and was in decent shape. I got terrible insomnia for about 2 months with the pregnancy, which made it difficult to run...and then I never really got back into it until last week. (Did other things but nothing as strenuous as running.)

The other piece to this story is that my husband and I were TTC for 3 cycles post-miscarriage, then we decided to stop for 3 months due to an event next January (plus I was getting SO frustrated with not being pregnant). So over the last 3 weeks I've been feeling grateful for this break and not having to obsess for 2 weeks each month. Last Wednesday we had a "let's not use protection, it's fine if we get pregnant" kind of a moment. I figured with all the planning we had been doing since end of December--and no baby--that for sure nothing would happen this time.

So I went out for my 3rd run in the last week (nothing major--3 miles), and about 2 hours later I went to the bathroom and had some spotting when I wiped.

So now of course I can feel the obsession in the beginning stages...is this implantation bleeding? Or did I just "shake things up" with my run? I am not charting or anything, and my TTC cycles were fairly irregular, but last Wed. would not be out of the question for me to have ovulated.

Any ideas? Anyone else get spotting after increasing their exercise?

Oh...the obsession begins... (at least this time it will be a week shorter since I wasn't thinking about it last week, ha ha!)
