Best bed rail?

Hi all,
I am looking for a good quality bed rail for our king bed. It has a foundation (not box spring) and mattress. I would prefer it to be able to bend so it;s not seen during the day, but don't really know if I need that. Any recommendations on safe rails? We currently co-sleep with our 4 year old and will have a newborn in May.
I am looking at these two as well:

Thanks!!

I like the wood one! I used a bedrail with my first 2 but it was shot by the time I needed it for DD2 so I just layed a body pillow on the edge of our bed. We have a king on the floor and this worked till now when we use nothing because she never falls out of bed. I didn't get another rail because both of my others would pull up to standing on the rail and then take a header over it. In the end they were falling a longer distance that way so we just went without and it worked out great.

I know you aren't to use any extra pillows, this was flat as a pancake and she was always a good 6" from the pillow, it was just there for a road block so to speak.

If you go to Walmart.com and search bedrail they have several nice ones.
