Urge to nest w/ lil supplies

I have a great urge to make my own wipes, nursing pads and soakers. I've knitted in the past but don't remember much of it. I think the soakers can be easy with little investment.

Can I make wipes or nursing pads without a sewing machine? If so, how? Please provide me with some info, links to patters and suppliers.

I don't have a link, but I have made wipes by hand. Just make them double thicknes, cut 2 piece, sew them together right sides facing, leaving a small opening, turn and sew up the whole. Ta Da. I suposed you could do nursing pads the same way. I use a simple flannel for my wipes. Good luck. And Congrats.
