Can you help a math challenged Mama out? Couscous help

I was doing my food diary (I am on Weight Watchers) on an excel spreadsheet. However, my laptop is on the fritz and hubby took it in to be looked at. I am using his old laptop which doesn't have excel. So I am entering my food diary on sparkpeople.com

My question is if I have a cup of whole wheat couscous what is the dry equavilant? The box gives nutrition for 1/3 cup dry. How do I convert it?

Do you mean if you have a cup of cooked couscous? I did a Google search and it sounds like 1/3 cup uncooked will give you about 3/4 to 1 cup of cooked couscous. Not sure if it's the same for whole wheat though.

You are probably right. I found out 1 cup dry = 2 1/2 cups cooked. If my math is right would be about 3/4 to 1 cup cooked with the 1/3 cup dry.

I'm going to make some in a little bit to be sure.

I hate math.
