did your dc outgrow intolerances?

I really think - after a TED and very careful eating- my dd at 5 months seems to have outgrown her reactions to food. (the food in my breastmilk) The only thing i've found that made her react was tomatoes. Even then, her reaction was only a slight breakout.
Do children outgrow those intolerances when their guts close?
Or could I have healed my leaky guts with the TED?
I can't figure out why it seems ok now, but to say the least, i am overjoyed.
anyone else experienced anything similar?

One of my children had a food intolerance; the other has true food allergies. The allergies have stayed, but dd did grow out of her dairy intolerance. She reacted strongly as an infant to my breastmilk when I had dairy for several months; I cautiously reintroduced dairy to my diet when she was about 6 months old and she did ok with it. We delayed dairy introduction with her until a bit after a year and started with yogurt before trying milk. She did fine with yogurt but had a severe eczema reaction to milk. We went off dairy again completely for a few months, then tried raw milk products and other milks (like goat), and she handled those just fine. By 2.5, she was fine on just about any dairy, as long as we didn't go totally overboard and do a ton in one day. At 5, I don't even watch quantity any more.
