when is a child's immune system considered "developed"?

I'm in the midst of exploring this whole issue. I've noticed a lot of people say they don't vaccinate their babies, or they choose to vaccinate later, because the immune system should be given a chance to develop before we throw a vaccine into the mix. So when is the immune system considered "done"? how long do you wait?

Thanks all

NAK. I think the general concensus is about 2 years old, but no one really knows for sure. The immune system is one big mystery to everyone.

The immune system is one big mystery to everyone.
Including doctors and that's why I am so confused that they really believe they know what they are doing.

That's why I thought "A Shot in the Dark" is such a good book title for the Vaccine Information book by Z. Miller.
