Also there are SSRI's like Celexa and others with bromide and fluoride compounds which are goitrogenic as well. Why my sister gained 60 lbs on Celexa!!

Glutathione is crucial in the liver for detoxification and can become depleted from acetaminophen (Tylenol), alcohol consumption, and general toxic overload. Fresh fruits and vegetables provide excellent glutathione, but once cooked, values become negligible. Spinach, potatoes, asparagus, avocado, squash, okra, cauliflower, broccoli, walnuts, garlic and tomatoes have the highest glutathione per serving.

Cooking also decreases oxalates in greens. So, I'm way ok with a variety of cooked vegetables.

So, I'm way ok with a variety of raw fruits and vegetables too.
