Requesting a thread become a sticky

There is a thread in Meal Planning that a lot of us go back to frequently for ideas (Feed the Freezer). Many bump it because there's just one page to Meal Planning and it can disappear quickly if people are not posting to it. Still, there are literally thousands of helpful things in the thread. What do we need to do to make it a sticky?

I started a resource sticky in the forum. We have been trying to move towards lists of recourses rather than a ton of stickies.
