Placental encapsulation in Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill area?

I'm in Durham, near Raleigh, birthing in Chapel Hill, and I'm looking for local resources on placental encapsulation.

So far I've only found one person from PBI, and I've heard mixed things about PBI as an organization and was wondering if there were any solo practitioners, independents, etc. y'all knew about?

Barring that, any kits or local stores where I can buy a small amount of capsules to DIY?
