Has anyone followed baby led weaning? I just learned that this is different from child led weaning. From my understanding, baby led weaning focuses on the introduction of solid foods while maintaining on demand breastfeeding. I'm trying to decide when and how to start my baby on solids and heard of this "method". Any experiences or opinions?
