2 year well child visit and MMR

Hello, I am vacillating on DD finally getting the MMR. We've used an alternate scheduled for vaccinating and wonder if it is time for her to get this. I wish they still separated it!

Just wanted to hear other's thoughts in a 2 year old getting the MMR.

Thanks

We chose to wait until 3 yrs of age so my toddler will be getting it this summer. I pondered doing it at age 2 but we have some delays here and I didn't want to exacerbate anything.

We do it earlier in Ontario, at 12 months.

We waited until DD was 18 months.

She had NO reaction. She is due for her booster soon.

Basically, I decided that the real risk of measles was much worse than any potential reaction.

FWIW: we select and delay.

We select and delay too, and I'm thinking of starting Nora on this vaccine soon. She is 18 months. I wish they still had it separate, too.

We are waiting until 5 for Jack.

Subbing. I've been trying to make this decision.

OP, have you been on the vaccine forum?

In my early research I considered doing MMR in toddler-hood or the preschool years, but after awhile I simply didn't feel it was needed. Neither of my kids have any vaxes at this point and I'm 100% okay with that at this point.

We select & delay. DS is 3 and we are waiting a bit longer to see if they will offer singles again.
