Anxiety book suggestions?

I've realized lately that I have anxiety that pops up when life gets stressful or I'm PMS-ing. It's not debilitating or anything, but the kids definitely pick up on it, and I'd love to find some coping tools.

When I'm in this state, being late makes me CRAZY, even if it's something I absolutely can't control, like a wreck on the highway. And I can talk the talk ("Wow, am I lucky that we didn't get in a wreck..." etc. etc.) but the irrational side still wins out. And then my three-year-old starts saying, "It's okay, momma, it's not a big deal." And I know it's time to get a grip!

Any ideas for me?
thanks,

My favorite anxiety book is "The Sky is Falling" by Raeann Dumont... I haven't read it in a while but I think it focuses a little more on phobias etc. but it's still a great book for coping with anxiety.

Although I have a lot of trouble with the being late thing too... even to things that don't matter if you're on time

I read "from panic to power" and it helped me through a period during which I was having frequent anxiety attacks...
