I had been doing pretty well, mostly grain free, loads of good fats and liver etc too and for the last couple of weeks have been exactly the same as you...craving carbs constantly....and really not feeling like eating meat, which is VERY weird for me! Really nothing sounds good to me at the moment!
Am just going with it for now and trying to make as healthy choices as possible, but with the nausea and a boisterous 2 year old to deal with I can't afford to not eat. Will definitely try to get back on track once this phase passes though!

I feel pretty bad about knowing what is going to nourish the healthiest possible baby, but not really wanting to prepare or eat any of it. It won't last forever. And at least I have really good ingredients to supplement the other crappy stuff I am eating... That gives me a little bit of solace. I don't feel so bad about living off of potatoes when they are absolutely dripping with raw grass-fed butter.
I wish I had some good quality chicken livers, because the thought of rumakis made from my fresh pastured bacon sound awesome right now. I am too food-prissy to purchase Tyson livers. *sigh* I wish I were too prissy to buy Pizza Hut.
