On Demand Fitness Workouts:)!!

Anyone using a mixture of on-demand workouts to get into shape? I have been trying to motivate myself to get back into my dvds and have been dragging. Yesterday, I stumbled upon a huge selection of workouts for free on my cable!! Today I did Jillean Michael's 30 day shred (Level 1). I think tomorrow I will try Jackie Warner's workout. I am so excited about this library that I didn't know I had! Hoping to tone up some before I go on vacation the end of the month and then get serious when I get back!

Yes! I do! My favorites are The 30 day shred, Jackie, and Harley Pasternack. I whipped myself into stellar shape before I got pregnant with my last baby. Just by doing daily 20 minute VOD workouts. I'm working on that again for this summer Goodluck!

I did the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleader Bootcamp today! Not sure why but I was expecting it to be cardio but it was a strength workout. Lots of butt work!! My booty is going to be sore tomorrow!

I do the 1 mile walk on demand every morning! I also like the cardioke.

I was really short on time today so I did 12 min Dance your *ss Off hip-hop workout. I'm pretty sure I do not have a future as a hip hop dancer but it was fun quick and I worked up a sweat

I really like the ExerciseTV Cardio Groove and Burn. You don't even feel like you're working out!! I'm not really a dancer but I like to move to good routines! Try it )
